Since its establishment in 2015, our company Ennovation Ventures has never authorized any unit or individual to authenticate as an investor of our company on any platform, carry out investment activities or charge any fees. However, it has recently been found that illegal units or individuals  have carried out illegal activities ("infringement") in the name of our company on platforms such as JINGDATA / AIHEHUO / DEAL MARKET / ITJUZI / WELIAN, wantonly infringing our legal rights. Therefore, Ennovation Ventures solemnly declares as follows:
1. For the above violations, our company has completed relevant evidence collection and will further take legal means to safeguard our legal rights.
2. All units or individuals who falsely use the name of our company shall immediately stop their illegal and criminal activities.
3. All consequences arising from the use of platforms or websites such as JINGDATA / AIHEHUO / DEAL MARKET / ITJUZI / WELIAN by any unit or individual who falsely uses the name of our company shall be borne by the perpetrator, which has nothing to do with our company. The suffix of our corporate email is "@ innovationvc.com" and "@thanksivingvc.com". Please be vigilant to prevent being cheated.
4. If you find that you have used our company's name for investment activities or charged any fees, please report to the local public security organ and inform our company (email: yjzhang@thanksgivingvc.com ）。
5. If any unit or individual falsely uses the name of our company to cause economic losses or reputation losses of our company, our company will investigate its liability for compensation. If it constitutes a crime, our company will investigate its criminal responsibility.
