Kerui Biotechnology was established in March 2016, mainly engaged in the development of TCR innovative drugs for solid tumor treatment, while also laying out two major technology platforms for TCR-T cell drugs and TCR protein drugs as an innovative drug enterprise. The company has basically completed the development of TCR cell therapy drug production process and commercial production capacity, as well as the early structural screening and improvement of high difficulty TCR protein drugs. The R&D pipeline includes HPV16 E7 cell drugs, KRAS G12V cell drugs, MAGE A1 protein drugs, and KRAS G12V protein drugs. Among them, the HPV16 E7 TCR-T cell therapy project has submitted an IND application and plans to launch phase I clinical trials in Q4 2023. The other two cell drug projects have entered the IIT phase. Both TCR protein drug pipelines are in the final stage of PCC determination.
